Time Management in Small Business: The Road to Great Productivity
Time is money. This fast-paced program is designed specifically for small business owners and their employees interested in learning best practices for running a highly productive business. While it is common to speak about “time management,” the simple truth is that you cannot manage time. No one can. Yet you can quite effectively manage yourself — and your behaviors and your choices — as you move through the day.
This workshop will help participants:
üTake control of your schedule and eliminate time wasters
üPrioritize and delegate (even if you have no employees)
üManage email more effectively
üConduct efficient meetings with customers and colleagues
üOrganize information for immediate access and retention
Presenter:
Douglas S. Brown is a coach, consultant, educator and speaker with over 20 years of experience in building more productive organizations. He is a professor of entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation for the MBA program offered by The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University. A frequent presenter to business and community organizations, Doug’s advice on time and career management has been featured in INC Magazine, The Chicago Tribune and The New York Post.
